Being a member of the elite Disney crew seems like the fulfillment of a childhood dream to many people, but as with any job there are good and bad elements that come with working for Disney parks. Disney is notoriously tight-lipped about what goes on behind the scenes, and opening up about your employment experience can be grounds for termination. You might have heard that getting hired to work at Disney is a long and painstaking process, but getting fired is shockingly easy! Learn how many strikes you have until you’re out when you work for one of the parks.
